Solaira Alpha Series heaters use short wavelength infrared technology to convert 85% of the energy used into instant heat, that can be controlled and directed as needed. The infrared technology heats people and objects, not the air, so the comfort and warmth will never be disturbed by wind or a draft. Alpha series heaters feature rust resistant cast aluminum construction of the body and mounting brackets, with stainless steel components and an emitter life of up to 8,000 hours. The included mounting brackets allow Alpha Series heaters to be suspended from the ceiling or mounted to a wall. All Alpha Series heaters are IP55 rated to be rain and snow proof and can be installed for use in outdoor and indoor applications.
